When you use a general website contact form or the Medspa Receptionist chat, you may provide contact information and a message. We use that information to respond to your inquiry and to operate and protect this website.
Our Contact Us form sends inquiry information by email and to the Medspa Receptionist workflow so the clinic can follow up. Sending a general inquiry does not by itself mean that you consent to marketing.
Please do not send medical, treatment, insurance, payment, or other sensitive information through general forms or chat. For general scheduling questions, contact the clinic at (801) 316-1324. Do not use this website for emergencies.

This website is built with WordPress and Elementor and hosted by Bluehost. Medspa Receptionist provides the site’s chat and Contact Us follow-up workflow. Hosting and service providers may process information needed to deliver, protect, or operate those services.
If you use an online booking link, you leave this website for PatientNow at book.mypatientnow.com. PatientNow’s privacy practices apply to information you provide there. Please review its notice before submitting information on its site.

Like most websites, this site and services used with it may automatically receive technical connection information, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, and the date and time of a visit. Website Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking are currently off. Our initial Search-ad setup does not include enhanced conversions, Google Signals, remarketing, or patient-list uploads.
Google Ads may measure its own advertising impressions, clicks, and costs when ads are shown or clicked. We do not use website Google conversion tags to send clinic form contents or appointment details to Google Ads. This does not block all Google connections: features such as the map on our Contact Us page, fonts, or other embedded content may still connect to their providers.
